require a minimum level of interest in order to run. drop-in students and members are welcome to use their passes to attend, but may need to confirm their space in advance or to check that the class is running as scheduled.
ashtanga 1
flows through the standing postures and half of the seated sequence. students who are new to yoga may want to check out our ashtanga prep class or six-week intro courses before attending their first level 1.
ashtanga 2
moves through the seated postures with vinyasas between each pose, building up to completing the primary series.
ashtanga prep
learn the fundamentals of the style, including ujjayi breath, sun salutations, and standing postures. an alternative to our 6-week intros for those who prefer a drop-in class.
hatha flow
take a slower approach for a deeper release. each class presents a unique sequence.
mom & baby
a chance for new moms to bond with their babies and re-establish a gentle yoga practice.
mysore
self-practice under the guidance of a teacher. the traditional format for learning ashtanga yoga.
prenatal
for women in any stage of pregnancy, with any level of previous yoga experience from complete beginner to long-timer.
sivananda
balance relaxation with more energizing postures in this gentler class which begins with a warmup followed by 10-15 traditional postures. all levels welcome.
vinyasa flow
dynamic and challenging, this class incorporates elements from many different styles of yoga. all levels welcome.
